​    ​​Established in memory of Mary Ellen Heffernan~Hultgren

                             who died of cancer on May 30, 1999.

​It was her wish and that of her sister, Ki MiChele to give purpose to her passing​ by helping those with cancer and other life threatening diseases to understand the importance of the                                balance between Body, Mind and Spirit. 

The foundation is one of the only nonprofit organizations in Hawaii that raises funds and awareness for alternative treatments for cancer and other degenerative diseases. 

It has been recognized and funded by both the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation and Friends of Hawaii; two of the better known nonprofit organizations in Hawaii.

Assist people to assume responsibility for their health care adopting attitudes and habits for prevention and wellness.

Counsel in death & dying to eliminate the fear of death.  It is not the end, but a temporary transition into a different phase of life.
